New and fabulous oceanfront home! The views from most every room are absolutely incredible. The second floor features two beautiful, well-appointed bedrooms with ocean views, private baths, and a balcony. The master suite is located on the third floor and features a large walk-in shower, Jacuzzi tub, oceanfront balcony, and beautiful ocean views. A second guest bedroom and bath is also located on the third floor. The fourth floor offers a rooftop deck ideal for sunning. Additionally, there is a wonderful gas grill located on the top floor, making this deck the perfect spot for an afternoon meal. Beneath the house there is a private swimming pool with panoramic ocean views and an outdoor shower. Additional features include an elevator, a foldout Murphy bed in the living room (hidden behind the black built-ins), multiple flat-panel televisions, and complimentary Internet access. Located in the heart of the St. Simons Island village, 700 Beachview is within walking distance of the lighthouse, pier, and numerous shops and restaurants. Many of you may remember the former house located at 700 Beachview, which was destroyed by fire in 2008. This new home was built by the same owners on the same foundation, and is even more fabulous. If you were fond of the previous house, you will be even more impressed by the new one. While this magnificent home is oceanfront, please note that beach access is tide contingent. At high tide, which occurs twice daily, the beach is mostly inaccessible. But, you won’t likely miss the sand with numerous oceanfront balconies from which to sun! During the summer season, this residence requires a 7-night minimum stay and a Saturday arrival date.
